🐾 Senior / Lead Veterinary Surgeon | Surrey A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Small Animal Vet looking to take the next step into a Senior / Lead Vet position within an independent practice. 📍 Location: Surrey 💷 Salary: £55,000–£75,000 DOE 🗓 4-day week, with 3 days considered for the right person 📅 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, 9am–1pm ✅ No OOH ⏰ Time off in lieu for Saturdays worked The Role

• Clinical lead of a well-equipped branch practice
• Sole-charge position with an experienced RVN and support team
• Genuine clinical autonomy

• Good case continuity and time to build strong client relationships
