This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base including start-ups, owner-managed businesses, PLCs, partnerships, charities, local authorities and high-net-worth individuals, advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters such as:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Business sales and purchases
• Corporate restructures
• Shareholder & partnership agreements
• Venture capital investments
• Company formations & constitutional documents
• Commercial agreements & share options The firm is recognised not only for the quality of its work, but also for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships and genuine investment in its people. About You:
• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
• Around 2–4 years' PQE in corporate/commercial law
• Commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills
