Investment Banking Associate

Investment Banking Associate Financial Sponsors Advisory (US Global Independent/ Elite Boutique) Financial Sponors sector, Coverage and M&A deal execution. Based in London. Our client, a leading Global independent investment bank, is actively hiring an Associate (level depending on experience) to join their growing Financial Sponsors team (mergers and acquisitions/ M&A) team in London. The team enjoys working across sectors (Consumer, Technology, Business Servcies and Industrials in particular) and executes transactions fully within the team, or with the support of specialist sector teams when needed for large cap transactions. Requirements for consideration

• 3-5 years experience working in a full service (ideally Bulge Bracket) investment bank or leading Independent in London.
• Fundamental understanding of financial valuation methodologies, and applications.
• Excellent Financial modelling and analytical abilities.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively, delivering high quality work on schedule.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• High resilience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.
• The team has an exceptionally strong track record in the market and the work involved will be predominately deal execution focused.
