Packaging, Compliance and Sustainability Coordinator - 6 Month Contract

Are you passionate about packaging compliance, sustainability and driving positive environmental change? We're working with a values - led fashion retail business that is looking for a Packaging, Compliance & Sustainability Coordinator to join its growing sustainability team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of key packaging compliance initiatives while helping shape the business's wider environmental ESG strategy. What you'll be doing:

• Lead packaging compliance across PPWR, EPR and UK Plastic Tax
• Analyse and manage packaging compliance data and reporting
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to improve traceability and compliance
• Support certification, preferred fibre and supply chain traceability initiatives
• Help implement new systems and improve packaging processes
• Develop internal communications and training around ESG and compliance
• Keep ahead of emerging packaging legislation and industry developments What we're looking for: ✔ Experience in packaging compliance ✔ Strong analytical and data-processing skills ✔ Excellent Excel skills ✔ Comfortable working across multiple systems and data platforms ✔ Strong attention to detail and communication skills ✔ Able to work autonomously and manage deadlines ✔ Experience within ESG and/or fast-paced retail would be highly desirable This is a 6 month FTC with a strong possibility of going permanent.
