Service Integration Manager VP - Cyber

My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to take ownership for the first line service management framework for Cyber Services across the organisation. You'll have responsibility for end-to-end service integration, international service reporting, service catalogue management, SLA and KPI governance, service-performance controls and continual improvement. You'll coordinate Cyber teams, regional technology teams, and 3rd party suppliers to provide a consistent, controlled and evidence-based view of Cyber service performance across supported regions and entities. This is a newly created and high visibility role in a great company. A brilliant opportunity! The following skills / experience is essential:

• Strong IT Service Management / Service Integration background.
• Strong experience supporting Cyber or security services.
• Worked in a complex, multi-supplier environment.
• Experience coordinating complex incidents, problems, dependencies and continual improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
