Business Change Manager

Title: Business Change Manager Duration: Contract Location: London, Hybrid working: 50% of time in the office Overview of role

• Senior Business Change Manager to lead the people change, adoption and implementation activity associated with key elements of the AI programme.
• Will lead business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption to embed AI-enabled ways of working.
• Will work closely with senior stakeholders, technology/product teams and third-party suppliers.
• Experience level: circa 8+ years relevant experience. Essential requirements
• Experience working within Financial Services, regulatory bodies or similarly complex regulated environments.
• Significant experience, typically 8+ years, delivering business change/transformation in large, complex organisations.
• Proven experience developing change strategies, rollout approaches and adoption plans.
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement and influencing capability.
• Experience leading business readiness and adoption for technology-enabled change.
• Strong communications, engagement and awareness experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
• Ability to monitor adoption, identify risks/issues and drive benefits realisation.
• Strong understanding of recognised change management methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship management capability. Desirable requirements
• Regulated environment experience, ideally financial services, government or regulatory organisations.
• Experience implementing/adopting AI, Generative AI and/or Agentic AI.
• Experience with product-based technology teams and agile delivery.
• Benefits management and measurement of adoption/business value from transformation.
• Relevant change qualification, e.g. Prosci, APMG Change Management or MSP
