Part - Accountant

We're currently recruiting for a Part-Qualified Accountant to join a well-established finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant looking to broaden their experience across management accounting, financial accounting and statutory reporting, while continuing to develop their career within a supportive team. The Role Working as part of the finance function, you'll have a varied role covering both management and financial accounting responsibilities. Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs
• Producing meaningful variance analysis and commentary
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and reviewing control accounts
• Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes
• Supporting the preparation of statutory accounts and financial statements
• Assisting with audit requirements and liaising with external auditors
• Supporting VAT and other financial reporting requirements
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls
• Working closely with stakeholders across the wider organisation
• Providing financial insight and analysis to support business decisions About You We're looking for a part-qualified accountant who is keen to develop their technical accounting and commercial finance experience. You'll ideally have:
• Part-qualified status with ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Experience within a management or financial accounting environment
• Good knowledge of month-end and year-end accounting processes
• Exposure to statutory accounts and audit
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
• The confidence to work with stakeholders across the business
