Solutions Architect

Solutions Architect – Global Logistics | London | Hybrid A global specialist logistics business is rebuilding its IT function as a strategic partner to the business, not a support function. They operate in a time-critical, highly regulated sector where every shipment matters. They're hiring a Solutions Architect to design how their platforms work together across the whole order-to-cash lifecycle. The role

• Design end-to-end solutions across order capture, planning, execution and financial processes
• Architect integration across ERP, Salesforce, TMS, route planning, inventory and driver/vehicle systems
• Lead API-first and event-driven design for real-time orchestration and tracking
• Support cloud-first architecture decisions and work closely with engineering and delivery teams
• Use AI tools and agents to speed up design, analysis and documentation What you'll bring
• Solution architecture experience in complex, regulated environments
• Strong API-first and event-driven architecture background
• A track record of integrating multiple enterprise platforms
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Desirable: logistics, transport or supply chain experience; TOGAF; C4 modelling This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days per week in the client's London offices.
