PR Account Executive - Energy

We are working with a global strategic communications consultancy – looking for an Account Executive to join their growing Energy practice. They are looking for an ambitious communications professional to join the team – someone keen to work with ambitious clients spanning the energy transition, sustainability, infrastructure, energy service and industrial innovation sectors. You will work with colleagues to help turn complex topics into compelling stories that resonate with audiences that matter. The role will suit someone who follows current affairs, enjoy writing and is keen to join a fast-growing consultancy with global reach, and a supportive and dynamic team. This role will suit a candidate who:

• Has a strong interest in media – excited by the idea of crafting stories and speaking to journalists across the UK and globally
• Loves writing – whether press releases, commentaries, op-eds, social posts, blogs
• Is passionate about the news agenda, and keen to keep up with developments across the client's sectors
• Has a strong interest in how current affairs, economics and the political agenda shapes the energy space
• Loves building journalist and stakeholder relationships
• Is keen to be part of campaign planning
