Front of House Supervisor

Position: Front of House Supervisor Pay: Up to £15.00per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week (with the option of overtime) Location: Tunbridge Wells, TN4 About Connect Catering Connect Catering is an award-winning contract catering company specialising in delivering fresh, high-quality food to a variety of sites, including care homes, schools, and businesses. Role Overview Front of house supervisor required for busy care home near Tunbridge Wells. Working 5 days out 7, this new role will see you supervising and leading our front of house team as we support the work of both care and kitchen teams. Your duties will involve training and performance management of front of house assistants who are responsible for laying up the dining rooms, serving at mealtimes, taking breakfast trays, running morning coffee and afternoon tea rounds and distributing meals to those residents who prefer to eat in their rooms. You will work closely with the chef manager and be responsible for planning rotas for the front of house team. This is a hands-on role and previous experience within customer facing hospitality roles will be beneficial. Shifts will vary between 7am-3pm and 4pm-7pm, the position is for 37.5 hours per week and extra shifts maybe available if required. Full on-site training will be provided, along with a comprehensive head office induction. Uniform and a free meal on duty are also included. What We Offer:
