Employee Benefits Consultant An established employee benefits consultancy is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant to join its growing Small Business Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation that supports SME clients with a broad range of employee benefits solutions. Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries.
• Provide advice across employee benefits products and solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Generate new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
• Identify cross-selling and retention opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain an understanding of market trends and insurer propositions.
• Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure excellent client service delivery. Essential Criteria:
• Must have employee benefits experience, ideally PMI
• Ability to manage a portfolio of clients
• Strong client relationship management skills This role is fully remote based but can also be hybrid if you are keen to be in an office.
