• Daily Rate: £350 – £380/day (Inside IR35)
• Contract Duration: 6 months initial (extendable) Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to manage sprint execution and Agile governance across a high-impact digital banking and Salesforce transformation programme. You will run end-to-end sprint ceremonies, resolve blockers, and coordinate seamless delivery handovers across onsite, nearshore, and offshore engineering pods. Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage sprint delivery metrics including sprint velocity, burndown/burnup, predictability, and impediment aging.
• Own and actively maintain RAID logs, identifying dependencies, unblocking blockers, and managing escalations with ClearBank PMs and delivery leads.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and QA/DevOps teams to ensure Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
• Coordinate day-to-day workflow handovers between UK onsite leads and distributed offshore/nearshore delivery teams. Key Requirements
• Experience: 8+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead within enterprise environments.
• Domain: Demonstrable delivery background in Banking, FinTech, Payments, or large CRM/Salesforce programmes.
• Tooling: Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps for backlog tracking, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Certifications (Preferred): CSM, PSM II, or SAFe Agilist/Scrum Master.
• Location: Must be based within commutable distance to London for weekly hybrid presence (2–3 days onsite).

Looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead with:

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong enterprise Agile delivery experience.
• Background in Banking, FinTech, Payments or Salesforce/CRM transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Experience managing sprint metrics – velocity, burndown/burnup, predictability and impediments.
• Strong RAID log, dependency and blocker management experience.
• Excellent coordination with Product Owners, BAs, Architects, QA and DevOps teams.
• Experience working with onsite + offshore/nearshore distributed teams.
• Advanced experience with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
• CSM / PSM II / SAFe certification preferred.
