People Science Consultant

We are currently looking for a People Science Consultant to work remotely with our biggest global customer in the UK. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business leaders, helping customers design effective listening strategies, interpret employee feedback, and drive organisational change through actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a background in any of the below:

• Organisational Psychology
• Employee Experience Consulting
• People Analytics
• HR Transformation
• Organisational Development
• Workforce Strategy
• Change Management Preferred Experience
• Experience in leading employee listening or engagement programmes
• Experience advising C- Suite such as CEO, CHROs and senior HR leaders
• Experience facilitating executive workshops
• Experience delivering enterprise consulting engagements
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to executive audiences
• Experience connecting employee experience outcomes to business outcomes In this role, there are some core areas of delivery to consider:
• Design of Employee Listening Strategies
• People Science & Survey Methodology (Viva Glint)
• Executive Insight Consulting
