Field - Programmable Gate Arrays Engineer

PGA Design Engineer £45,000 – £60,000 | Greater Coventry | Hybrid I'm currently working with an established technology business looking for an experienced FPGA Design Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a great opportunity for an FPGA engineer who enjoys working on technically challenging products and being involved throughout the design and development lifecycle. The role:

• Design and develop FPGA solutions for complex electronic systems
• Work across the full FPGA development lifecycle, from initial requirements through to implementation and verification
• Develop and test FPGA designs using VHDL and/or Verilog
• Work closely with electronics and software engineers to integrate FPGA designs into wider systems
• Support simulation, verification, debugging and hardware testing
• Contribute to design reviews and technical documentation
• Help develop and improve existing FPGA architectures and designs What we're looking for:
• Commercial experience in FPGA design and development
• Strong experience with VHDL and/or Verilog
• Good understanding of digital electronics and FPGA architectures
• Experience with FPGA simulation, verification and debugging
• Ability to work closely with wider electronics/software engineering teams
• Experience working through the full FPGA development lifecycle
