Technical Customer Advisor Permanent Salary is up to £35,000 Monday–Friday 8:45-5:30pm (Hybrid Working) Kingsbury, London Technical Customer Advisor

• Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams and customer specifications.
• Identify key technical information, dimensions, requirements and application details from drawings.
• Discuss technical requirements with customers and ask relevant questions to clarify their needs.
• Provide clear and practical technical advice by phone and email.
• Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Technical Customer Advisor Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
• Must have proven ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and diagrams.
• Experience working with technical products, engineering components or technical specifications.
• Must have previous experience in technical sales, internal sales, sales order processing, technical support or customer service background
