We're recruiting a Store Product & Visual Lead to join a trend-led fashion brand in Sheffield. You'll take ownership of product presentation and visual standards, ensuring the store is inspiring, commercial and aligned to the brand. The Role

• Lead and develop the Store Product & Visual team.
• Own product presentation, merchandising and visual standards.
• Deliver seasonal launches, campaigns and new product introductions.
• Use sales and customer insights to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Partner with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Retail Operations.
• Coach teams on product knowledge, presentation and commercial awareness.
• Support refits, new concepts and store development where required. About You You'll ideally have:
• Experience in Product, VM, Product Merchandising or a similar retail leadership role.
• Strong fashion, premium, lifestyle or trend-led retail experience.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• A strong commercial mindset and understanding of sales performance.
• Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for product and customer experience. What's on Offer
