Supply Chain Administrator

Supply Chain Coordinator – Food Industry Huddersfield Based (Some flexible working opportunities) £28,000 + bonus We are looking for an organised and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join a growing food business, supporting the smooth movement of products from suppliers through to customers. You'll work closely with suppliers, production, logistics, warehousing and commercial teams to make sure stock is available, orders are processed accurately and customers receive their products on time. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating customer orders from receipt through to delivery
• Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses and transport providers
• Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory planning
• Managing purchase orders and updating supply chain systems
• Tracking deliveries and resolving any delays or supply issues
• Supporting forecasting and demand planning activities
• Maintaining accurate product, stock and order information
• Working closely with Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams
• Supporting supplier performance and ensuring agreed service levels are achieved
• Producing regular supply chain and stock reports About You
• Previous experience within supply chain, logistics, planning or order management
• Food, drink, FMCG or manufacturing experience would be highly beneficial
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communicating with suppliers and internal teams
• Comfortable working with Excel and ERP/order management systems
