Consultant - Copilot Training and Change Enablement

We are seeking an energetic, engaging, and highly personable Consultant to support the delivery of Microsoft Copilot and AI adoption training programmes across a variety of client environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys presenting, facilitating workshops, and interacting with diverse audiences. You will help individuals and teams understand, adopt, and maximize the value of AI-powered workplace tools while developing your consulting and project delivery capabilities. Individuals from customer-facing backgrounds such as consulting, hospitality, training, education, communications, performing arts, media, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of Microsoft Copilot training sessions and workshops
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual learning sessions for diverse audiences
• Explain technical and business concepts in a simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner
• Build strong rapport with client stakeholders and participants
• Assist in the development of training materials, user guides, and communications
• Gather participant feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support change management and user adoption activities
• Collaborate with project teams on broader digital transformation and technology initiatives
• Participate in other consulting and project delivery engagements as needed Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Education, Hospitality, or related disciplines
• 1-3 years of professional work experience
• Fluent Cantonese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident presenter with strong facilitation abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage audiences of varying seniority levels
• Comfortable speaking in front of large groups
• Eager to learn new technologies, particularly Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Professional, polished, and presentable demeanor Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in training delivery, workshop facilitation, customer service, hospitality, education, communications, public speaking, performing arts, media, or consulting
• Experience supporting technology adoption or change initiatives
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Copilot is advantageous
