Senior Manager - Hvac Project

Your new company

Our client is a well established E&M contractor, delivering innovative cooling, energy efficiency and electrical solutions for commercial & industrial projects. They are seeking a Senior Manager of HVAC Project to lead the delivery of large-scale HVAC and district cooling projects, overseeing construction, project execution, stakeholder management and team leadership.

Your new role

• Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale HVAC, central chiller plant, and district cooling projects from design through commissioning.

• Develop construction strategies, project budgets, implementation plans, and tender submissions to support project development and execution.

• Manage contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams to ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets are achieved.

• Oversee construction activities, testing & commissioning, defect rectification, and project handover to operations teams.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company standards, environmental regulations, and health & safety policies.

• Lead stakeholder engagement with clients, business development teams, and internal departments to resolve issues and drive project success. What you'll need to succeed

• Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 15 years of engineering/construction experience, including at least 8 years in a leadership role managing sizeable teams.

• Proven track record delivering large-scale HVAC, central chiller plant, or major building services construction projects in Hong Kong.

• Strong project management capability covering construction delivery, budgeting, commercial management, and contractor management.

• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and team development skills, with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

• Experience in district cooling systems and Chartered Engineer status will be an advantage; fluency in English and Cantonese is required. What you'll get in return

• 70-90k x 12 months + 2-3 months bonus
