As Sales Specialist, you are the backbone of our Sales and Fleet Sales teams for BYD and DENZA in Belgium and Luxembourg. Based full-time at our Brussels office, you support the teams in their daily operations (orders, customer data, documents, reporting) and you are the day-to-day link with our colleagues in the Netherlands and in China.

Key responsibilities

• Sales administration: Prepare, process and follow up the orders and related documents of the Sales and Fleet Sales teams, making sure everything is accurate and handled on time.

• Order and delivery follow-up: Track the status of each order up to delivery, in coordination with Logistics and our colleagues in the Netherlands, and keep the sales teams informed.

• Customer and system data: Maintain accurate customer, order and account information in our CRM and internal systems.

• Reporting: Prepare regular sales and fleet sales reports and forecasts, and support the analysis of sales performance.

• Link with the Netherlands and China: Be the day-to-day contact for BYD colleagues in the Netherlands and in China: relay requests, follow up answers and approvals, and make sure information flows between teams in Chinese and English.

• Team support: Support the Sales and Fleet Sales teams in their daily work: dealer and customer requests, meeting preparation and ad hoc tasks.

• Process improvement: Help improve and document our sales administration processes.

Your profile

• Experience: 2 to 3 years in sales support, sales administration or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Languages: Fluent in Chinese and in English (both mandatory). French and/or Dutch is a plus.

• Skills: Well-organized and detail-oriented, with strong administrative and follow-up skills.

• Tools: Comfortable with CRM, Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Mindset: Proactive, service-minded and a true team player, comfortable working with colleagues from different cultures and time zones.

• Location: Full-time in our Brussels office.
