Customer Service Advisor (SAP Experience Essential) - Temporary Role

Hourly Pay: £14.50 plus Reed Benefits

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m. (Office Based)

Full-Time | Temporary Assignment

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to support a busy customer operations team in Castleford. This role requires previous SAP experience, as you will be using the system daily to process orders, manage customer queries, and maintain accurate records.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
• Processing and updating customer orders using SAP
• Managing returns, refunds, delivery queries and order amendments
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate customer information and system records
• Liaising with warehouse, logistics and operational teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Supporting the team during busy periods and contributing to continuous service improvements

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience within an office-based environment
• Mandatory SAP experience with confidence using the system on a daily basis
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to customer enquiries
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good general IT skills and experience using customer management systems
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred
