Day-to-day of the role:

• Support the day-to-day operations of chocolate production.

• Craft and package high-quality handcrafted chocolate products.

• Assist in the development of new recipes and product ideas.

• Uphold excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.

• Provide guidance and support to individuals gaining practical experience in chocolate making.

• Participate in workshops and occasional promotional events.

• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the operation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in chocolate making, confectionery, or food production.

• Creativity and a flair for developing innovative products.

• Excellent teamwork skills and a supportive approach to colleagues.

• Strong commitment to producing high-quality products.

• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Driver due to location
