FP&A Manager | Multi-Channel Retail 📍 London | Hybrid 💰 £80,000–£90,000 ⏱ Immediate Start Talentedge are partnering with a growing multi-channel retail business to hire an FP&A Manager on an immediate-start basis. This is a highly commercial role sitting at the heart of the business, partnering closely with senior leadership and providing the insight needed to drive performance across multiple sales channels. The role:

• Own the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
• Deliver insightful monthly performance reporting, identifying key trends, risks and opportunities
• Partner closely with commercial and operational teams across retail, e-commerce and other sales channels
• Build and develop financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Analyse revenue, margin, customer and channel performance
• Support scenario planning, investment decisions and wider growth initiatives
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting and management information
• Provide clear, commercially focused analysis to senior leadership The ideal candidate:
• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
• Strong FP&A experience within retail, consumer or another multi-channel environment
• Excellent budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to turn financial data into actionable insight
• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing business
