Senior HR Business Partner £85,000p.a. - £90,000p.a. - with some wiggle room Manchester Onsite initially but with elements of flexibility

Loom Talent are working exclusively on a Senior HR Business Partner role in Manchester working for a logistics and distribution giant. This is an exciting position setting up a fulfilment centre from scratch to launch in the new year. I am going to do this one a bit backwards - starting with what they are looking for

• This role is going to suit someone who has worked within a logistics or 3PL organisation throughout their career
• Someone who is comfortable and familiar with that ever changing, busy environment and au fait with the challenges of the industry.
• Your approach will be focussed on relationships, professional but warm and someone who will be able to partner both locally but international too.
• Finally, you will come with experience of setting up a function from scratch, implementing the processes, policies and local strategic plans in line with the business strategy.

Now … on to the role

• This is a senior HR position - one that will report to the HR Director for EMEA and partner closely with senior stake holders throughout the organisation.
• Due to this size of the business being in rapid growth phase the role will be exceptionally varied and ever changing.
• Operational/transactional elements of HR will be supported by AI, so this is a solely strategic role.
• The focus will be setting up the site, ensuring it is fit for purpose for rapid growth, focussing on recruitment initially.
