Manufacturing Engineering Manager

A well-established food manufacturer in the Wolverhampton area is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance and engineering function on a busy production site. The role

• Lead and develop the site engineering and maintenance team
• Own planned maintenance and drive down unplanned downtime
• Manage the engineering budget and supplier relationships
• Deliver improvement and capital projects across the site
• Keep the site compliant with food safety, health and safety, and audit standards
• Work closely with Production and Technical to improve line performance About you
• Mechanical or electrical engineering background, with a relevant qualification
• Experience managing an engineering team in food, drink, or FMCG manufacturing
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Track record of improving reliability and equipment performance
• Strong on health and safety and food manufacturing standards What's on offer
