You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, colleagues, and store assets while delivering excellent customer service and acting as a visible security presence throughout the store. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who takes pride in delivering a professional security service and enjoys working in a customer-facing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols throughout the store
• Act as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour
• Monitor and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
• Complete accurate reports and maintain incident records
• Support store management and colleagues as required
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers when needed
• Protect customers, colleagues, and company assets
• Challenge suspicious behaviour in a professional manner
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed What We're Looking For
• Valid SIA Licence
• Full 5-year checkable work history
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and confident approach
• Good attention to detail and sound judgement
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Previous security experience desirable but not essential
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
