Marketing Manager at No Regrets 📍 Hybrid Full time, permanent Salary DOE About us No Regrets is a premium UK tattoo studio group, founded in 2008, with studios in some of the most distinctive buildings in the country. We're building a third space in tattooing: next-generation luxury built on system and discipline. For us, luxury means control rather than price. Clients' time is respected, standards are visible, craft is selective, and the experience removes uncertainty. Our brand essence is simple: premium, considerate, professional, never cheap. In the Fitting Room, our in-studio experience powered by NORA, clients can see their tattoo before it becomes permanent. The role This is our first dedicated Marketing Manager role. You'll own marketing end to end: build a marketing plan a professional marketer would recognise, then deliver it. Marketing is currently delivered by a mix of in-house specialists and suppliers. We want one owner bringing it together, with a single plan tying brand and lead generation to our commercial goals. You'll develop the brand, drive qualified leads at a cost we can justify, and lead the rebuild of our website, building marketing into a planned, measured function as we grow. What you'll do

  • Build and own a 12-month marketing plan (with a 3-year view) covering objectives, audiences, positioning, channel mix, budget, calendar and KPIs
  • Act as guardian of the No Regrets brand across every studio, channel and supplier
  • Plan and manage paid search, paid social and other paid channels, directly or through agencies
  • Grow organic channels: SEO, social, content, email and CRM marketing
  • Optimise for return on lead (the revenue a lead generates against its cost), not just volume
  • Lead the website rebuild from brief to launch, and own it after launch
  • Build a PR plan and develop relationships with relevant press and partners
  • Manage the marketing budget and report performance monthly What we're looking for
  • 5+ years in marketing, including 2+ years leading marketing for a brand or business unit
  • A track record of writing and delivering a full marketing plan, with measurable results
  • Hands-on performance marketing experience, with evidence of improving return on spend
  • Experience project-managing a website build, including managing developers
  • Strong brand judgement, and the discipline to keep a premium brand consistent across channels
  • Commercial and numerate, comfortable with budgets, funnels, attribution and ROI
  • Experience briefing and managing agencies and freelancers Nice to have: PR experience; a background in high-end retail or premium personal services (spas, luxury hotels, aesthetics); experience with GoHighLevel, Google Analytics or Looker Studio; an interest in tattoo culture, art or design.
