Experience in PAS implementation, migration, or replacement programs. Strong knowledge of underwriting processes and operating models. Expertise in Azure cloud architecture, APIs, and microservices. Experience delivering large-scale insurance transformation programs. Ability to define migration strategies and future-state architecture roadmaps. Nice to Have

Reinsurance domain knowledge.
Bordereaux management and reporting experience.
Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, HX, or IRIS platforms.
