As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to build relationships, develop business and make placements that genuinely impact people's careers. You'll be:

• Building relationships with clients and candidates.
• Developing your own network within the property industry.
• Generating new business and identifying opportunities.
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates for property roles.
• Speaking to people every day — on the phone, over email and face-to-face.
• Negotiating salaries, fees and offers.
• Managing the recruitment process from your first conversation through to placement.
• Working towards individual targets and celebrating your wins with the team.
• Developing commercial, sales and negotiation skills that will set you up for a successful career. Don't worry if you've never recruited before. You'll receive the training, coaching and support you need to learn the industry and become a successful recruiter. What are we looking for? We're looking for ambition over experience. Previous experience in sales, recruitment, estate agency, business development, hospitality or another target-driven environment is useful, but it's absolutely not essential. • Uncapped commission and bonuses.
• OTE Year 1: £35,000–£40,000
• OTE Year 2: £60,000–£70,000
• OTE Year 3: £80,000+
• 3 days in the office, 2 days from home, plus a 3pm finish on Fridays.
• Unlimited holiday, with a minimum of 28 days to take.
