Employment Associate Solicitor

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing Employment team. Our client is a well-established, respected commercial law firm with an excellent reputation in the market and a strong track record of delivering high-quality work for a broad range of clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor at 4yrs+ PQE to join their expanding team. The opportunity You'll work on a varied and interesting caseload across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

• High-value Employment Tribunal claims, including whistleblowing, discrimination and unfair dismissal
• Senior executive appointments and exits
• Restrictive covenants and confidential information matters
• Restructures, redundancies and TUPE
• Settlement agreements and day-to-day employment advisory work
• Urgent injunction applications and other complex employment issues
• Advising HR leaders, senior management and boards on strategic employment matters You'll have genuine responsibility for your own caseload while working alongside experienced Partners and colleagues within a supportive and collaborative team. What's on offer?
