Real Estate Finance Associate - International Law Firm

We are partnered with a highly respected international law firm seeking to appoint an ambitious Real Estate Finance Solicitor (1-5 years PQE ) to join its top tier London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong real estate finance experience to work on high‑value, cross‑border transactions within a collaborative, global platform. The Opportunity You will advise major lenders, financial institutions, private equity funds, alternative debt providers and real estate investors on a broad range of real estate finance matters. The team handles complex, multi‑jurisdictional transactions across a mix of real estate asset classes. The role offers exposure to sophisticated work, genuine client contact and the chance to develop within a firm known for its international reach, modern culture and commitment to professional growth. Key Responsibilities

• Acting for banks, debt funds, alternative lenders and borrowers on real estate finance transactions
• Advising on investment and development finance, refinancing, structured finance and portfolio transactions
• Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security packages and intercreditor arrangements
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex mandates while managing your own matters with appropriate autonomy
