Finance Software Support Consultant / Finance Systems Support Location: Bournemouth - Office Based Salary: £33,000 An exciting opportunity for someone with a finance or accounting background who wants to move into the world of finance software and SaaS. You'll join a growing finance software business, supporting customers with their use of the platform and developing your knowledge of finance systems. The role

• Support customers with queries relating to the finance software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and finance-related queries.
• Use your understanding of accounting processes to help customers find solutions.
• Investigate issues, identify the cause and escalate where required.
• Build strong knowledge of the software and its functionality.
• Work with internal teams to improve customer experience and system solutions.
• Create and maintain clear customer and system documentation.
• Develop towards more technical areas such as finance systems, implementation or functional consulting. What we're looking for
• Experience in finance, accounting or bookkeeping.
• Good understanding of core finance processes such as AP, AR, reconciliations and/or general ledger.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable learning new software and systems.
• Customer-focused and able to explain information clearly. Previous software experience isn't essential — this is a great opportunity for someone looking to take their finance experience into the SaaS/finance technology sector. What's on offer
