We have Community Staff Nurse positions available within the team, based at Chard Community DN Team and South Petherton DN Team. Whichever base you choose the team cross-cover the whole area. Our service covers the urban and rural areas of West Somerset. These positions are dayshifts and are usually 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm. You'll also work twilight shifts 2pm-10pm and one in three weekends which include additional unsocial hours enhanced payments. There are no night shifts. We offer flexible working solutions where possible to ensure a work-life balance and part-time hours will be considered. You'll need to be a car driver with your own vehicle to visit patients in there homes. We offer a generous mileage allowance to cover the use of your car for NHS business, which includes both mileage and depreciation.
