Senior Lettings Consultant

Job Title: Senior Lettings Consultant Location: Twickenham Brand: Stirling Ackroyd Salary: Competitive Salary Package Hours: Monday - Thursday; 8:45am - 6.00pm, Friday; 8:45am - 5pm, Saturday; 10:00am - 4:00pm (on rota basis). When required to work a Saturday you will be awarded half a day in lieu. Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence. We are expanding and looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for driving lettings performance, securing new business, and managing client relationships. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the lettings department, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring landlords and tenants receive a high level of service. Duties Will Include

• Conduct valuations and market appraisals to win new instructions
• Generate and attend property viewings
• Negotiate tenancies between landlords and tenants
• Provide expert advice to landlords on rental values, legislation, and market trends
• Ensure all properties are compliant and marketed effectively
• Work to and exceed personal and office targets
• Assist in training and supporting junior negotiators
• Maintain accurate records and use CRM systems efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors Skills Required
• Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the lettings process and relevant legislation
