What You'll Do

• Lead project scoping activities to identify, gather, and analyze business requirements, understand key business drivers, and define effective, innovative solutions.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including estimation, scope management, planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, budget control, scheduling, and reporting.
• Drive the delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs involving multiple workstreams and globally distributed teams.
• Oversee project resourcing and commercial activities, including forecasting, time management, and invoicing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and executive sponsors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
• Apply Agile delivery methodologies to effectively manage project execution and drive continuous improvement.
• Help customers achieve successful digital transformation by providing guidance and best practices across leading digital solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Actively contribute to the development of the Project Management Office (PMO) practice. What You'll Bring
• Minimum 6 years' project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex digital transformation projects.
• Strong experience and product knowledge implementing Adobe solutions, with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) as a must-have.
• Hands-on experience delivering platform implementations is essential.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience working with global delivery teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Full professional fluency in English is essential.
