You'll join Myn as an independent Recruitment Partner, building on your existing knowledge and contacts without starting from scratch. What you'll be doing

• Qualifying opportunities, engaging candidates, and closing placements, while Myn handles the rest
• Building and growing your own desk within your chosen specialty, if that's the direction you want
• Developing long-term candidate relationships
• Using Myn's AI-powered platform to manage activity efficiently What we're looking for
• Significant agency or internal recruitment experience within the MedTech sector
• An established professional network and market reputation you can build on
• Confident, discreet stakeholder and client management skills
• Willingness to learn new tools and systems
• Able to work independently and know when to seek support What you get
