Product Manager

Product Manager Romsey You will help ensure our product offering meets market and project requirements, is competitively priced and is supported by accurate technical and commercial information. Working closely with engineering, sales and procurement, you will provide advice on product specifications, pricing, availability and suitable alternatives, and progress agreed product improvements and range additions. Product Manager Responsibilities

• Providing reports on status and prognosis, as required by line manager and senior leadership team
• Work with the Senior Product Manager to take ownership of product and supplier workstreams, coordinating the necessary information and internal input, making recommendations and progressing actions through to completion.
• Supporting pricing decisions to maintain and improve margin, positioning and commercial strategy.
• Maintain accurate product information including specifications, supplier references, pricing, lead times, technical literature and relevant certification approval. Product Manager Requirements
• Have experience in product management, product development or a similar technical role.
• Background within the Civil Engineering or Mechanical Services sectors preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and explain product options clearly.
• Commercial understanding of costs, selling prices and margins.
• Strong organisation, accurate record keeping and the ability to complete work independently and as part of a wider team.
• Have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working across
