Service Engineer

Role - Service Engineer Location - Southeast, UK Salary - Up to £50,000 We are recruiting a role for a motivated and technically capable Service Engineer with gas experience to join their UK Service Team. This role will specialise as our product specialist in Gas humidifiers and full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities

• Service, commissioning, maintenance, repair and fault-finding on mechanical and electrical components.
• Support customers on site and maintaining strong communication and teamwork
• Manage a fully equipped company vehicle, including stock and parts control
• Travel across your designated region with occasional support to other UK areas including overnight stays when required Essential Criteria
• Core commercial gas qualifications (CIGA-1 – Install commission, service, repair and breakdown of commercial equipment; COCO1 – Core commercial gas safety) with at least 1 year validity.
• Experience in an industrial or commercial field.
• Experience in a similar mechanical/electrical field role
• Basic electrical knowledge (wiring, circuit fault-finding)
• Experience working in a mobile field service role
• A strong problem solver
• Eager to develop your technical skills.
• Values excellent customer service
• Able to work independently
• Confident, safe driver (A valid Driving Licence with a maximum of 3 points to demonstrate safe driving)
• Clear communication skills Desirable Criteria
• Plumbing / water system / water circuits knowledge
• Background in HVAC, F-Gas, building services, compressors or water treatment industries. The salary is in the region of £40,000 to £50,000, depending on experience.
