About the job

RegenTea is a global initiative that supports regenerative tea farming to strengthen ecosystems and build farm resilience. The organization focuses on accelerating the adoption of regenerative organic practices in the tea sector, working closely with smallholders, cooperatives, and family-run farms. Role Description< /strong> We're looking for someone who can give about 8-10 hours a week to lead our fundraising and outreach work. • Develop outreach materials: Write funder-facing communications, from tailored pitches to campaign messaging, adapting tone and framing for different audiences.
  • Shape our fundraising strategy: Bring your own ideas on how we present our work, helping us stand out and adapting the approach as you learn what resonates.
  • Develop materials for external engagement: Help prepare updates and content for monthly RegenTea meetings, and other external engagement.
