HR Community and Engagement Manager

HR Community & Engagement Manager London, Holborn   4-month project   Full-time A new Leadership Development Academy has launched. Now they need more of the HR world to know about it. We're looking for an HR Community & Engagement Manager to spend the next four months building awareness, growing the network and starting conversations with HR, Talent and L&D people across London. It's an interesting mix. Part community building. Part marketing. Part networking. Part outreach. With a commercial edge. LinkedIn will be a big part of it. You'll be creating awareness, sharing content, joining conversations, building relationships and finding ways to get the Academy in front of the right people. There could also be events, partnerships and communities to explore. The aim is pretty simple. Get more of the right people to know about the Academy. Get them interested. Get conversations going. And where it makes sense, turn some of those conversations into opportunities. There's no perfect background for this one. You could come from marketing, community, recruitment, Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR tech, events, membership, partnerships or somewhere else around the people profession. What matters is that you understand the HR world, you're good with people and you know how to build engagement and relationships. You'll also need enough commercial instinct to recognise when a conversation could become something more. You don't need to be an expert in leadership development. You just need to be interested enough to learn about it and credible enough to talk about it. It's initially a four-month, full-time project based in Holborn, with the potential for something longer term if it works. The package is flexible depending on your background and experience. A bit different. But potentially a very cool way to spend four months.
