2026 CHRISTMAS TEMP Location: Aspinal House, Midhurst Road, Highfield, West Sussex, GU27 3HA Customer Services Agent Aspinal of London, the iconic British luxury lifestyle brand, is looking for enthusiastic Christmas Temporary Customer Services Advisors to join our team at our Head Office in Fernhurst, West Sussex. Christmas is one of the most exciting and important times of the year at Aspinal. As we enter our busiest trading season, we are looking for additional team members to join us as soon as possible and support us through to January. As part of our Customer Services team, you will be at the heart of the Aspinal experience, helping customers with their Christmas purchases and ensuring they receive the exceptional level of service expected from a luxury brand. What You'll Be Doing

• First point of customer contact over phone and email
• Acting as a brand ambassador, responsible for ensuring that every interaction on our calls and emails exceeds our customers' expectations
• Working to team sales and satisfaction targets
• Owning the customer journey from order through to delivery and aftercare
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues
• Leading by example during every customer interaction SHIFT DETAILS Contract: Temporary, Christmas peak - 26th October 2026 to 31st January 2027 Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm Availability: This is a full-time role of five days per week, with two consecutive days off. Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis and will include some weekend working during our peak period (for example, working Tuesday to Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off) Getting Here: Aspinal House is located on Midhurst Road, close to Fernhurst and approximately 4 miles from Haslemere.
