- Combine Finance expertise, transformation leadership, and ERP delivery within a highly visible program Our client is undertaking a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP transformation across multiple business units and regions. As part of this strategic initiative, they are looking for a Senior Finance Transformation Lead to drive the finance workstream and ensure finance processes, controls, governance, and reporting requirements are successfully integrated into the new ERP platform. This is a highly visible role working closely with senior Finance, Business, and Technology stakeholders to shape the future finance operating model and support the organization's transformation journey. Responsibilities Finance Transformation
- Lead the Finance workstream within a large-scale D365 ERP implementation.
- Define and deliver the future-state finance operating model, processes, and governance framework.
- Drive process harmonization and standardization across business units and regions.
- Act as the key liaison between Finance stakeholders and the ERP program team. Process Design & Improvement
- Review current finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design future-state processes across:

- Financial Accounting

- Management Accounting / Controlling

- Financial Reporting

- Period-End Close
-
- Internal Controls & Governance
- Translate business requirements into ERP solutions and process designs.
- Facilitate workshops and support key design decisions. Program Delivery
- Partner with functional and technical teams throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
- Support testing, UAT, cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issues impacting the finance workstream.
- Prepare updates and recommendations for senior leadership and steering committees. Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships across Finance, Business, and Technology teams.
- Drive change adoption and support business readiness activities.
- Influence stakeholders and gain alignment on transformation objectives and priorities. Requirements
- Proven experience leading Finance Transformation or ERP Finance workstreams.
- Strong knowledge of:

- Internal Controls & Governance
- Experience delivering ERP implementations, ideally D365, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Track record of designing and improving finance processes and operating models.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to bridge business, finance, and technology teams.
- Experience working in complex, multi-entity, or international environments.
- Understanding of finance data, reporting structures, and master data governance.
