• Pitch to top-tier institutional investors for seed-stage funding and build a scalable venture-backed hardware organization from the ground up. The ideal candidate
• Proven track record as an engineer-operator who has successfully industrialized complex physical products, satellite systems, or advanced manufacturing processes.
• Deep technical expertise in aerospace, robotics, or materials science with a history of shipping hardware under real-world constraints.
