Commercial Manager - Volunteer

MMARAP is a CIC using mixed martial arts, mentoring and experience-led activities such as charity skydives to engage and support individuals from diverse backgrounds. We work across sport to community development, while building partnerships with charities to corporate businesses What difference will you make? Your help will be valuable as it will make a difference to the cohorts that we engage with, bringing and introducing them as part of the MMARAP team but most importantly to fulfil and materialise the vision for the company Being our Commercial Manager, you'll be bringing vital specialist skills and knowledge that complements the Board of Directors' skill sets. We are seeking a Volunteer Commercial Manager to help MMARAP connect with brands, sponsors, and strategic partners who align with our mission and growing profile. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-building, commercial strategy, and purpose-led work. The role will help shape how MMARAP positions itself to companies across sectors such as sport, telecoms, health & wellbeing, lifestyle, and corporate social responsibility. Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential sponsors and commercial partners
• Help develop sponsorship and partnership opportunities
• Support outreach to brands, corporates, and community stakeholders
• Assist with partnership proposals and pitch materials
• Build and maintain a pipeline of sponsorship contacts
