• 28 days' annual leave, plus your birthday off and additional time off between Christmas and New Year The Role Of a Senior Lettings Negotiator You will be working as part of a team to provide an outstanding customer experience to your clients and customers. You will be responsible for booking and carrying out Market Appraisals and Viewings for potential tenants, as well as supporting the negotiation process. As this role has business development opportunities in it, you will have the prospect of earning up to 35% commission.
• At least 2 years' experience as a Lettings Negotiator
• A People person with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Well organised with an attention to detail.
• A full driving licence.
