The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including logos, brand materials, marketing collateral, and social media graphics. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, preparing layouts, selecting typography and color schemes, and refining designs based on stakeholder feedback. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to interpret project requirements, ensuring design documentation and meet agreed deadlines for deliverables. Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating clean, effective visual communication.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating brand identities and visual guidelines.
• Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and pair typefaces that support readability and brand tone.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent software).
• Ability to interpret briefs, work collaboratively on-site in Cardiff, and respond constructively to feedback.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Relevant education or training in graphic design or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent experience will be considered.
