An opportunity to build a product function from the ground up at a growing fintech tackling the complexity of business finance. Finance teams still spend too much time navigating disconnected systems and manual processes. This business is developing software that gives them better visibility, greater control and more time to focus on decisions. With fresh investment secured, the team is growing and looking for its first dedicated product hire. You will shape how product works, from understanding customer problems and setting priorities to working closely with engineering to deliver solutions. As the business grows, you will help define the team and processes around you. There is room to make your mark, with direct access to the leadership team and real influence over the product's direction. Alongside a £100k base salary and bonus, equity gives you the opportunity to share in the business's future growth. The role is hybrid, combining flexibility with time alongside the team. You will bring product management experience and a strong understanding of treasury, cash management or financial risk. That knowledge could come from a bank, a fintech or working closely with corporate finance teams.
