• A degree (or expected degree) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Water Science, Biology, or another related scientific discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to take ownership.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning both technical and commercial aspects of the business.
• A customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• A willingness to travel extensively across the South of England, including overnight stays.
• A valid UK driving license Desirable
• Industrial placement, internship, or work experience in a technical, engineering, environmental, or customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of water treatment, environmental services, or wastewater processes.
