The Opportunity Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician Youll join a high-performing aftersales team in a well-equipped workshop with 16 ramps and a strong group of 11 experienced Technicians, including long-standing team members with deep product knowledge who are always happy to support. Youll have access to OEM training, online learning, development programmes and on-site coaching giving you everything you need to progress through technical levels and stay ahead of the latest technologies, including EV. What Youll Do

• Carry out complex diagnostic, warranty and repair work to manufacturer standards.
• Complete EV tasks (if qualified) and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve hard-to-find faults.
• Support Apprentice Technicians with guidance and development. What Were Looking For
• Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) plus a recognised Diagnostic qualification.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician preferred, though brand-qualified candidates will also be considered.
• Strong teamwork, process discipline and high standards of safety and quality.
• Ambition to progress ongoing manufacturer training provided, including EV and hybrid accreditation. What Youll Receive
