Shopper Marketing Manager

Customer Marketing Manager Are you passionate about turning consumer insight into winning retail activation? Do you thrive on building strong retailer partnerships and delivering category growth? We're looking for a commercially minded Customer Marketing Manager to join a successful, market-leading food business. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of customer marketing activity across major grocery accounts, shaping plans that drive shopper engagement, retailer relationships and commercial performance. What You'll Be Doing Working closely with Sales, Category and Brand teams, you'll develop and execute customer marketing strategies that bring brands to life in-store and online. You'll:

• Create impactful customer and shopper marketing plans across key retail accounts.
• Develop compelling activation programmes that drive sales and shopper engagement.
• Translate consumer, shopper and category insights into actionable recommendations.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support Joint Business Planning and customer presentations with insight-led proposals.
• Manage promotional activity, campaigns and activation budgets.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for future growth. What We're Looking For We're keen to speak to individuals from FMCG, food, drink or consumer goods businesses who have experience within:

• Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
• The ability to turn data and insight into compelling customer recommendations.
